I had such a great experience with this company! Waqas came to do an inspection of our 2 bedroom apartment a few weeks after a move and i thought i had maybe got bedbugs. Waqas was wonderful - punctual, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. He confirmed that we did not have bedbugs, which put my mind at ease. He did a very thorough search and taught me so much about signs of different bugs. He took the time to answer all my questions patiently and even gave extra advice about things like lavender bags, bug sprays, and mattress protectors. I really appreciated how considerate of chemicals he was, knowing that I have young children. I learned so much during the visit and felt that I got real value from the inspection. We had Nico come do an entire inspection and service for our home. He was so informative, kind and patient with us. He answered all our questions, made sure to get every small spot in the apartment and didn’t rush while doing so. Nico was amazing and would highly reccomend!

This summer I have had ants for the first time in 3 years in my outside terrace. Booking the service was professional and easy with Kayla. The person that did the service was polite and friendly, but I didnt think it had been effective. Louis called me after and wanted to make it right and sent a second specialist to apply gel and respray the area. I am happy with the after support even though Id booked a one time service. I am a two-time customer of On Guard and they are extremely reliable and professional. There’s nothing worse than a German roach infestation because those suckers spread like wildfire! On Guard exterminated all pests and sealed off all of our cracks so the infestation stayed gone. Malik, our exterminator was so friendly, professional, and careful with his work. If I ever see I German roach in my house again, I know who I’m calling!
