Extremely happy with today's service. I called early morning, they came out a few hours later, took care of my wasp and nest problem. Chris was very polite and professional and best of all prices were extremely competitive and better yet less expensive Highly recommend T and R

I’m really conflicted about this review. While Travis, the exterminator, was professional, nice, and effective in catching my single mouse, the experience of speaking with and communicating with office staff was horrendous. Initially, the phone rep (whom I believe was Maria), told my wife that the $250 service *would include a follow up appointment,* this changed as soon as we called for this follow up. I want to be clear that we would have probably gone with an alternate exterminator if this follow up visit was not included in the price of the visit. The rep went back and forth with us by email, denying that she ever said this, even going so far as to call my wife a liar. The final emails were vague, and they did charge us for this follow up visit which was completely unnecessary. (If you can fill a couple of holes with steel wool and place a couple of traps, you can probably avoid this service altogether). Do not believe this dishonest company, and figure out another way to deal with your mouse problem. No matter what, do not believe claims of a "free follow up."

We are so glad we called TNR to address a very difficult problem we were having with yellowjackets. They were very professional at every stage from our initial contact to their expert work in getting to the nest and keeping them from getting into the house. I very happy with their work and recommend them highly.

Whoever is answering the phone is disgusting and shouldn’t come to work if she doesn’t want to help potential customers. Don’t even waste your time or money guys !

Their services were top notch. Professional. On time. And even over and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. I am so happy I used TNR for their services. The best part is that I’m rodent free for the last 2 years. Thanks again TNR.

When I started my own management business, I opened my very first account with TNR Exterminators. Now 20 properties later, I will only allow TNR to service my properties. They have not only provided top notch service, they have also accomplished eliminating any rodent or insect issues that my tenants experienced. They are responsive, trustworthy and extremely knowledgable. A+++ to this company.

I guess I was the only person who has had a bad experience, but the receptionist, every single time I have called was rude as hell when I asked further questions regarding my bill. Pay attention, they may try and scam you! There is a black male exterminator that works here, which was initially the reason I did not write this review (I am black and def a black advocate). But wrong is wrong. when this guy finished the work at my home, he proceeds to ask me for a DRINK. Started asking me personal questions like if im single etc. Unwarranted questions. All in all, the job did get done. they did not follow up when they were supposed to. even making the appointment the receptionist was never in the office and I always had to call back. I hope everyone else experiences a better time w TNR, I hope they find a better receptionist and I hope they can be a little more professional when entering peoples' homes.
