Massey Services Pest Control

Massey Services is great! Robert came back for the routine service and caught a few things missed by the first technician and they followed up quickly and addressed the issues. I’m very happy with the services. Highly recommend. Not only was Robert friendly and professional but got the job done quickly.

I have unfortunately had a negative experience with this company. First, I had requested my account to have auto draft removed, and it was not. Second, on several occasions a technician would show up without confirmation, or they would call saying they were at my home for a scheduled appt. and no such appt had been made. The local San Antonio manager (Chris) did attempt to keep my business and put notes on my account to make sure to call ahead to schedule and offered a discount. However, on 11/25 someone showed up ( I wasn't home) for an unscheduled maintenance. They never called back or emailed. When I called the corporate office on 12/3 to get clarification, someone had put that service was completed on 11/29 - no such services were done. You would think with doorbell cams that they wouldn't falsify information or make up work orders. I called the local office 12/4 and with no hesitation or apology, the employee said she would cancel my contract and have someone call me back regarding a refund. I am hoping that they follow through with the refund, but the person supposedly in charge is in the hospital? I am very disappointed with the services (or lack of) provided.

This was our first visit with Massey Services, Inc., and we were very impressed, especially with Robert, our technician expert. He was professional, polite, and took the time to explain everything clearly. As first-time customers, we had a lot of questions, and Robert answered them all with patience and expertise. He conducted a thorough inspection, explained the treatment process step by step, and made sure we knew what to expect moving forward. His attention to detail and calm, confident approach immediately gave us peace of mind. We’re looking forward to continuing service with Massey and feel confident knowing that someone as knowledgeable and respectful as Robert is helping protect our home. Great first impression all around!

The bought out insight pest control. Completely different. I'm used to follow up check ins, calls to make my appointment convenient, and COMMUNICATION. my techs would text me to make sure I was home and my pets are inside. This company just sends a text that they're coming the next day without asking. Then I call to cancel and the lady is rude. I've had insight for years and there's no comparison on the customer service. After a few weeks of service, insight would call to make sure we're still not getting critters. Then they'd send someone out if needed, complimentary.

This was the second time Robert has serviced our home, and once again he impressed us with his professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge. He takes the time to explain things clearly and makes us feel confident that our home is in good hands. We’re very pleased with our experience so far and look forward to continuing service with Massey, knowing that someone as respectful and knowledgeable as Robert is helping protect our home. I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel it’s necessary to share my experience with Massey Services Pest Control. I called to terminate my services since my husband now takes care of our yard. The representative I spoke with assured me that the final service would only cost $100. However, I was later charged $150. After several attempts to reach someone, a manager finally returned my call — only to tell me there was no record of that $100 offer. Despite explaining the situation, they refused to honor what their representative had promised. When I mentioned that I would be leaving a review, the manager had nothing to say. This company clearly does not stand by its word or value customer satisfaction. Very disappointing experience. 11/14/25 To this day, I haven’t received a call from them and it’s been a week or more.

Kirk has been incredibly helpful and informative! We explained the issues we’ve been having, and he took the time to do a thorough inspection before sharing his treatment plan. He clearly explained why it will work and why he chose that method, which made us feel confident in his approach. Honestly, he’s given us more reassurance that this problem will be solved than our apartment complex ever has. Highly recommend his service!
