The service was fast and complete. The cost was very reasonable also. I needed a termite inspection and Rick Wickhom did an excellent job! When my current Pest contract is up, I'll check with Green Shield to see if they want an additional customer.

We had a yellow jacket nest in the ground underneath a pot that we didn’t know about.(we recently moved in) Our dog disturbed the nest and she was stung several times. We called Green Shield because they are pet and child safe. We were thrilled that they came out the next day. Our technician went above and beyond! He cleaned the outside cobwebs before he sprayed. He answered all my questions, respectful, friendly and professional. We were impressed. Then he followed up with me a couple of days later to make sure that the yellow jackets were gone. They were. We will be return customers.

Mike N. came out treated our yellow jacket nest that was under our vinyl siding and into our basement. Mike was very knowledgeable and courteous. He called us the following day to check up on us, and even stopped by a second to time to make sure there was no new activity.
