Pestmaster Services

Had Pestmaster come out to complete an inspection. They went through my property carefully and addressed possible issues and solutions to fix issues with wildlife entering the house. I valued the service due to recommending fixes that were much cheaper and DIY rather than having unnecessary and costly fixes done by Pestmaster. Overall provided reassurance of issues not coming back and a cheap fix.

Called them in July 2021 due to chipmunks borrowing in yard. The lady I spoke to on the phone said that they would charge an initial $99 fee which would then be included as part of the total fee of $350 once the tech came out. Instead, they charged me the $99 + plus tax and an additional $357. The tech came out and placed 4 or 5 chipmunk traps around the outside of the house and claimed he would be back out 5 more times to check on the traps. Since then, no one in my family has seen anyone come out and the chipmunk problem is worse than when they came out. Wasted money.

We used them to have moles removed. They said they completed the mole removal. We noticed we still had the moles so I called back within the warranty period but couldn’t reach them and they didn’t return any of my voicemails. So when I finally reached them they said we were out of our warranty time and wouldn’t come out without charging us.

The service we used were in two parts. The techs came out to clean up and spray. They were suppose to come yesterday vehicle broke down. Came out today at 2pm didn't arrive until 2:30pm. They were suppose to seal off the vent with a screen but the one they had didn't fit. Can't come back till Friday. Piss poor. I will not be using them again.

Went on groupon looking for an exterminator. Pestmaster had a good deal listed - but turns out its really a scam. Their groupon said a 1 time pest control: "Interior and Exterior PestControl Treatment for (Up to 2500 Square Feet) One time treatment for any of the following pests:" One time means one time, right? Not so much. Was told by the lady who answered that using the groupon in fact signs you up for a yearly, monthly service. SMH. No where is that mentioned on the groupon. Other exterminators choose to be transparent and list that the groupon is the start of a quarterly service. Not Pestmaster - they clearly list it as a one time service but then try to scam you. Stay away.

Great service! Jeff was thorough, professional, friendly, polite, and respectful of my home. Offered additional service plan to prevent future pests upon inspection of various problem areas. Also did great with my super hyper dog.

There isn't a better pest control service around. You can not beat the price, professionalism and results that Mr. Peck and Pestmaster Services offer. Off the charts. And he's a straight shooter to boot. Fully equipped to handle any issue you may have
