The office staff conducts themselves unprofessionally and behaves as though they work in pest control rather than customer service. They are consistently rude, unfriendly, and provide little to no helpful information. This company services multiple properties of mine, and I will be removing them as a vendor across all of them due to repeated poor experiences. Their technicians offer minimal details after completing treatments, leaving customers without clarity on what was done or what to expect. Additionally, they charge a $50.00 fee to customers who use them as a preferred vendor, which feels unreasonable given the lack of quality service provided. There are many pest control companies that operate far more professionally, communicate effectively, and truly value their clients. I would strongly recommend exploring other service providers.

This company is an absolute joke. My landlord called them in to deal with a three month long ongoing mouse problem in my apartment. They left a note saying that "everything was very clean and there is no sign of rodent activity" Meanwhile, that same day there were mouse droppings and crumbs in my open pantry. Their idea of "treating" my apartment for rodents was just to scatter cheap sticky traps in random corners of the house with no bait or poison. I’m beyond dissatisfied and will be following up with my landlord immediately after the weekend.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Mike, Tim and the entire action pest control staff is best in class. Every time they come to our home to spray, they are always so helpful, respectful and very knowledgeable. This spring we were experiencing issues with house flies and Tim called me after hours to help me troubleshoot and identify several different solutions. They always go up and beyond and appreciate the customer support they provide. Can't recommend Action Pest Control enough!

I have used Action Pest For more than 20 years. They keep mice away, all of the spiders and crawly things in the basement, as well as outside, flying things that come through the back of the house. Tony and crew has captured and relocated racoons and squirrels, and has been referred to friends who continue to use them as well!! I would recommend them in a minute!! Personal and fast service always!!

Just had the worst experience with this company. I had a critter problem at one of my Rental units. At first when I called this company, even though the front desk lady was not able to answer all my questions about cost, she did tell me that the tech will be going out with a free estimate and then would call me with a recommendation and cost of what it would take to cure the problem. so i proceeded to give her the lock box combo on the unit but then, i received a call from the tech later that day to inform me, he could not get in because he was using the wrong combo, even though i clarified it with the front desk earlier that morning. Again, Not a big deal at this point and figured, okay, this does happen.. When the tech was finished, he did call me and gave me recommendations on what needed done. However, every piece that he told me, there was a cost. Nothing out of the ordinary but when i told him, I am not a Pest control technician and just want to know, what my total cost would be and do they guarantee it for a period of time, he said that i would have to talk to the office about that and that they would call me that day or first thing in the morning to discuss pricing. Okay, not a problem but i reiterated that the lady at the front desk said he would have a price for me. Again, frustrating but not that big of a deal. So then one day goes by and i do not hear anything from the office. So i proceed to call and speak to Charles the Supervisor. I inform him of my conversation initially, understanding that the tech would be able to give me a price, then to find out the office was suppose to call me with the price and now i understand that the office does not call but the client needs to call, so then i said, do you guys know how frustrating this is and is this the context of what i should expect in dealing with your company and if so, should i find someone else. The supervisor, mind you, said NO, but if this is the road you are going to take, then i think it would be a good idea for you to find another company... bye and hung up!! Hmmmm, if this was me and i received a frustrated customer call, i would not just hang up but say, i am sorry that you feel that way, apparently there has been some misunderstanding and lets see how we can resolve it!! NOPE, that is not what happened to me.. So i did call him back just to let him know that i manage several other properties, am a licensed Realtor and am involved in multiple- investor organization and based on our conversation and their "lack" of professionalism, i will be seeking other companies. Even with that, he said that would be a good idea.. WOW Right!! . So beware everyone that if you end up using this company, apparently even the top management is ignorant of good customer service.. Good luck if you decide to use this company!!!
