I’ve had a great experience with Axiom Eco Pest Control and highly recommend them. The technicians they’ve sent to my home have all been fantastic—thorough, professional, and great at identifying and sealing entry points around our house. Any time I called with an issue, they were able to send someone out either the same day or the very next day, which I really appreciate. Jackson called me today to follow up on a few communication concerns I had, and he listened carefully, addressed everything quickly, and handled the conversation with complete professionalism. As a customer, that level of responsiveness and care means a lot. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and support Axiom Eco Pest Control provides.

Not a customer, but this little loser was scooting in circles in the street while his buddy worked. Even rolled most the way up the driveway to wash his hands in the neighbors sprinkler overspray. This company letting this nonsense happen is a no for me. It was a quarter till 8pm when I took these pics and video. Thats absurd! Even if it is daylight that does NOT change the time people need to sleep for work. ! Going door to door that late is disrespectful. If ever I need the service this will NOT be the company I call. Image and how you act is a huge thing when you want business. Do better!!

Axiom texted that my appointment for service was Thursday October 16th and I set aside today, October 15th to see my MD, go shopping, visit a friend for coffee and check my tires….leaving my cats outside in the sun and fenced yard. Early today I saw that the appointment scheduled stated they were coming today which was not ok as I like to be here as well as I’d already let the cats out! Anyway, I left a message and was told they can come later today but I decided to call back in to see what other options I had. I spoke to Amanda who was so very nice and kind, rescheduling the service for tomorrow! She was so polite and understanding! Yay! I very much appreciated her assistance and concern for my needs. Thank you!

I have had a contract for 18 months. The representative came by during the time that we had a problem with mice and what have you. Your company has worked with me on Certain payments discounts that you guys provided that meant a lot to me. The work I had today was the final work that was done for 18 months. Laurel offered a free treatment in December right now we’re getting ready to sell our house I didn’t feel that was needed. I had no need to go further with our contract that’s why I canceled any further work to be done. She was polite and explained everything that was available if I was to stay here in this house, but that wasn’t the case because we are gonna be moving, but I’ve referred a few people In my neighborhood to use your service because you guys have been more than reputable and your reviews speak for themselves. Thank you, Axiom for the service you provide.

In March 2025, my wife signed a two-year pest control agreement with Axiom Pest Control after being told that no technician could address our ant problem unless she enrolled in a service plan on the spot. The plan costs $150 per quarter ($50 per month) for one exterior spraying every three months, along with an "assurance" that any pests appearing between visits will be promptly addressed. Axiom’s technician came out recently for a scheduled service, but ants have since returned in our kitchen. When my wife called to request a follow-up, she was told no one could come for three days. This slow response undermines the value of the service, especially given the cost and the fact that it was sold as a professional solution to household pest issues. We later discovered the agreement includes both a 24-month commitment and a $299 cancellation fee. While it’s possible these terms were mentioned during signup, they were not made clear and are nowhere to be found on the company’s website. These terms appear only in fine print within digital agreements, pressured phone conversations, or point-of-sale interactions on a technician’s tablet—rather than being presented transparently before purchase. I am not alleging any illegal activity, but the company’s approach appears intentionally opaque and ethically questionable, especially given its use of clearly predatory sales tactics. Consumers should be aware that this company relies on high-pressure sales methods that lock customers into long-term, costly contracts with excessive cancellation fees. In practical terms—best case scenario, if the pests don’t return—that amounts to a two-year, $1,200 commitment for eight brief exterior spray visits around my home’s foundation. When I called Axiom to request cancellation and a waiver of the fee, the representative said a manager would contact me. As of yet, no one has followed up, and it’s clear the company is not prioritizing customer satisfaction or fair resolution.
