I have been doing business with Bulwark since 2018. Hired them for one of my properties in 2024. They sent a technician back out, without request, in 2025. An evicted tenant allowed them in, and Bulwark billed me. I had not ordered any services from the company since 2024, but got notice I had been sent to collections. Collections when their systen shows they haven't been to any of my properties. Predatory practices might work elsewhere, but not over here. I will not continue to call and get the same, "It's being reviewed..." answer. I will report this company to the appropriate agencies. Get your records in order, and stop trying to robb people you haven't actually provided service.

Great Mosquito Mitigation, But Communication Could Improve We recently hired Bulwark Pest Control for mosquito mitigation services at our home, and overall, we were quite happy with the results. Our backyard has always been a mosquito haven, making it almost impossible to enjoy the outdoors during the warmer months. After reading positive reviews and hearing recommendations, we decided to give Bulwark a try—and they did not disappoint when it came to the actual service. First and foremost, the effectiveness of the mosquito mitigation was excellent. Within a few days of the first treatment, the mosquito population noticeably dropped. We could sit outside for longer periods, and the difference was night and day compared to how things were before. This was one of the best outcomes we’ve experienced after trying various other pest control services in the past. Many providers have made promises that didn’t seem to fully deliver, but Bulwark’s treatment has held up so far. We were impressed by the fact that they not only targeted active mosquitoes but also addressed potential breeding areas, helping to keep the population under control in the long run. One area where Bulwark stands out from other pest control companies we’ve used is their thoroughness. With other providers, the technicians sometimes seemed rushed or didn’t give us clear answers when we had questions about the treatment process or long-term effects. In contrast, the Bulwark technician took the time to walk us through the process, identify problem spots in our yard, and explain how the product would work. We felt reassured that our mosquito issue was being addressed in a comprehensive way. That said, the only reason I’m giving Bulwark four stars instead of five is due to their communication. While their on-site service was top-notch, we did experience some frustration with their scheduling and follow-up process. It took longer than expected to schedule our initial appointment, and we had to make multiple calls to confirm the technician’s arrival window.

Great service and very effective. We have received the mosquito service for 3 years now and it has transformed how we spend time in our back yard. Previously it was unbearable and now we can actually enjoy our patio. Would definitely recommend Bulwark

We have been having an issue with ants in our home. On recommendation I contacted Bulwark to resolve the problem. Carlos arrived today as scheduled. He was timely, professional, knowledgeable and extremely detailed in his service. Carlos treated our entire home and the outside for our ant problem. It has now been about 7 hours since he left and we are not seeing any ants. All I can say is wow great job Carlos!! I totally recommend Bulwark Exterminating and Carlos if you have a pest issue.

I changed from another non-responsive company to Bulwark over a year ago. They are professional, come on time, come back for free for repeat service when needed. I am very pleased with them. Trent Boykin came today and did a stronger outdoor spray because of the winter weather without my need to request. He explains things and sent a follow up photo! I didn't get that from a larger company.

I saw a waterbug in my garage about 6 days ago and Tuesday I saw one in the kitchen. Well I called Bulwark and asked for a service and they scheduled for the next day and Mark performed the service, explained everything he was doing was very engaging and professional. Always happy with Bulwark and their associates.
