Brandon came to our home to provide pest management service today. He was extremely friendly when he called to let me know he was a few minutes away. He came to the door and introduced himself and explained the service process to me. Brandon told me what to expect and asked permission before doing any service at our home. He wore shoe covers and made me feel comfortable the entire time he was here. Brandon provided excellent client service and I look forward to seeing him again when he returns for our next scheduled service.
