Massey Services Pest Control

We have a warranty through Massey unfortunately. We called to schedule an inspection as part of the warranty. It was for 9am on a Monday. Once 9:31 hit and no one had arrived or reached out I called in. After being cold transfered and having to rexplain myself I am told something mind numbing. No one was even on the way. I'm told nonchalantly, oh the person who is supposed to be there is hosting an interview. They said it as if that was a total normal response. After actually having to ask for clarity they stayed they don't have a single person there that can do this work. So, the GM who would be the only person that could do it would have to, but are in that interview. What? So,I tell them being that late it needs rescheduled. On top of all this absurdity no one ever calls me back and it's a total no show no call. You have no one at your company that can do this basic work? You don't show up or call to tell someone? This place has zero reputability. Dont use them for anything apparently and if you're unlucky to have them part of your warranty do not renew. They sure can send letters on fancy paper for you to renew but can actually show up and do their job. Just wild behavior.

DJ Smith did our quarterly service today and I was impressed! He came to the door to let us know he had arrived, was very nice and did a very thorough job hitting the eaves, around the windows, and around the perimeter of the house. Aside from that, I also have to mention that i'm getting pest control sales people constantly at my door and every single one is more expensive than Massey.

The Charlotte Massey Pest Control services has been wonderful for many years! Connor has been a pleasure to work with at my home for many years now. He's taken care of all of my needs and has provided excellent service! Thank you!

Darius A. did a wonderful job. I was home when he came. He answered all my questions that I had asked him about. He also insured if I'm having problems with the flies, I can call the office and they'll send him or someone out here to take care of it. I answered not sure on the price because my husband pays for it, so I have no idea how much the service cost.

Can no longer recommend Massey. I had a service scheduled and stayed home for it and no one showed up. When I called, it was hard to get a hold of someone and they said they couldn't do much since they were just a service center.

Having DJ handle both our properties with Massey gives me a sense of comfort knowing he will do the right job and beyond my expectations. He is one of a kind. He handles both pest control and mosquito keep up the great service and communication
