Karl did an outstanding job today! He went above and beyond in explaining every detail of the service, answering all of my questions, and making sure I fully understood the treatment process. His professionalism and the amount of information he provided were exceptional. This was by far the best pest control service I’ve had, and it was all thanks to Karl’s dedication and thorough work. Highly recommend EcoShield and especially Karl for anyone needing quality service!

I had a follow-up appointment today to address an issue at my home. I appreciate Tyler taking the time to explain to me the options for treatment and the process moving forward. He also did an excellent job of listening to my concerns before making any suggestions. The office staff was able to contact me with an appointment sooner than I anticipated.

Tyler just visited our home in Fort Mill, SC and was outstanding! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to all of our concerns. He demonstrated great professionalism throughout the entire visit. Based on his excellent service, I would highly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again in the future.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Carson from EcoShield is a liar. He says there is no contract or early termination fee, that you are not locked in, but that is not true. They will respond with "you are given the contract to sign" and "you receive a text to verify receipt" but they have it all on a tablet that they hold and summarize for you and while they do email you a copy, it is too late by then. Additionally, their scheduling service is completely broken and whoever wrote it should be fired. A reschedule gets labeled as a follow-up and then your next appointment is based off of the original appointment even though they did nothing that day. We still had the same number of bugs after they left as before they came. I tell them EVERY TIME that I work at night and not to come before noon but then they come at 10am instead. They will respond to this with "we are transparent" and "we will come back it if there are pests." The last time, they sent no one. The first tech did not even do everything he was supposed to do because they only give them 20 to 30 minutes per house. He said someone else was being dispatched because the company does not allow them to stay long enough to fully provide the services they say they will. No one was dispatched until 2 months later and then they came at 10am again. Useless. Deceptive. Unethical. They lie and scam to get your business and then do nothing but take your money. There is no redeemable aspect to this company that I can find. Don't listen to the BS of Jay A. when they respond. They make it sound reasonable and like they are following up on every issue but they are not. They just make a post to every bad review but still year the customer with disdain.

I would love to rate Bobby's service but since I didn't even know he was here, I don't know what he did while he was here. Since I schedule my appts on my day off, it would be nice if I was notified when a representative arrives at my property. A simple knock on the door would suffice. I'm not even sure about the services I received because what's listed in the survey isn't the same as what's listed on the door hanger that was left. Also, I would have asked him to treat the inside, because I'm seeing spiders and earwigs in the bathrooms. Thank you for your time.

Chris with customer service helped me immensely. He was well informed and kindly walked me through my concerns, then sent me an email confirming the results. Thank you Chris. Also Carson was an awesome representative and gave us a really good deal. Both guys are remarkable human beings. Thanks again guys!
