Kevin showed up right on time, was professional and friendly. Explained what he would be working on, and treated the areas quickly and thoroughly. After the service, he explained the service calendar and was on his way. We are very pleased with his work.

Next Level was the best choice I made when it came to my rat problem. Curtis came out quickly and was very professional at what he does. He identified the problems, put the plan in place and talked to me about what routes I wanted to take with it. Not pushy at all and worked around my concerns. What a great first impression "Next Level" Pest Control made on us! Curtis answered the phone (amazing - I reached a knowledgeable live person on the first try!) and was such a pleasure to speak with. I knew I had called the right company to help with a wasp nest developing in our new BBQ island. He sent Moses to me who has a LOT of experience and it showed! Moses also listened very attentively to all of my concerns, especially regarding our dog and making sure she would be safe. He looked around for any other likely wasp nest areas and I feel certain that our problem will be resolved soon. It's also nice to hear both Curtis and Moses reminders that they'll come back if the wasps should dare to return.
