Incredible service! I highly recommend A1 Garage Door Service. Casey went above and beyond, arriving the same day our garage door broke and wouldn’t close. He secured it safely for the night, and the next day, he and his colleague Chase installed a brand-new insulated door with WiFi connectivity. Their expertise and efficiency was outstanding! They knew exactly what to do and got the job done flawlessly. I can’t express enough how quick and high-quality their service was—it was truly amazing! Our new garage door is perfectly installed and extremely quiet that you can’t even hear it opening or closing. It glides so smoothly. I am so grateful, they’re an awesome team. Thank you both!!!!!!!

Ian Alcaraz was our tech who came by to do our first annual garage door check-up. We told him we noticed our double door struggling a bit when opening/closing. He found a roller was slightly askew. He also secured the track better and greased it. He checked/greased our single door too. We had our doors replaced this time last year and have been very happy with them. Ian was very professional and did a fantastic job!

I thoroughly appreciate the service and transparency of the team at A1 Garage Door - from setting the appointment, clear communication about arrival time, and scope of the job - I believe I was treated fairly. Our technician Jeremy was thorough and thoughtful throughout the process. The one thing I appreciate about him is that he advocated for us when we needed assistance with the cost of a part that was a huge safety hazard and could have been a more costly repair down the line. Kris bexter is a very detailed technician , he accurately inspect my garage and offered recommendation on how to fix or replaced the broken garage door, he made sure everything was inspected thouroughly and suggested ways and options ti fix it. Kris is awesome and very professionl i highly recommend this technician for your garage door services.

The Tech, John was absolutely awesome, he represented that company very well, so well i bought the top of the line garage door opener immediately! i accidentally left a rug on the floor to dry, John rolled it up and neatly placed it on a table. That really touched me that he cared so much about my property. The work was definitely A1, and i couldn't be happier. I recommend, and will highly recommend this company to any, and everyone i know to use A1 for their needs of any garage door services.

I made an appointment at 7am for a 10am-1pm time slot with A1 Garage Doors. 1pm rolls around - nobody here, no call. I reach out and they tell me I can reschedule. NOPE! Martin Garage Doors already has a tech on his way 10 minutes after my call. If you’re going to give a 3-hour window, you should stick to it. At the very least, A1 should have reached out to me, instead of the other way around. I’m sure their work is good, judging by other reviews, but customer service is important too. You’ve lost my business.
