John was really helpful to get us started with the project and made sure to keep everything on time. Any questions I have had have been explained professionally and with precision. Also,Tara from the office was also super helpful and helped me schedule everything and keep everything organized, and even helped me schedule months after the initial visit, and ensured that our process was streamlined and efficient. Lorenzo and his team worked really hard and really fast on our two bathrooms, and they did a really wonderful job. They went above and beyond, matching our paint for drywall that needed to be replaced, painting our ceiling with precision, and even cleaning my mirrors and windows thoroughly. I found the whole team super helpful, diligent, and expert; I would recommend them.

I don't usually write reviews, but Absolute Maintenance and Consulting truly earned it. From the moment I called, the team was incredibly kind, honest, and easy to work with. The owner personally checked in several times and made me feel like more than just a customer more like a friend which is the kind of energy I like to work. Everyone on the staff was professional, efficient, and had such a cool, positive attitude. Even though we haven't fully solved the leak issue yet, they went above and beyond giving me multiple insights and possible sources of the problem. It's rare these days to find a company that genuinely cares and puts in this much effort. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for real professionals who actually listen and help.

Our daughter in LA had a mold problem for several weeks due to a leaking kitchen faucet in the apartment above her. She had a professional company perform the actual mold remediation and they also did an air test. We wanted a second opinion so I found Cameron at Absolute Maintenance and Consulting (in LA) who was simply great as he offered unsolicited honest advice. He took the time to review the ERMI testing results as well as air testing results and gave his opinion both via email and a phone conversation. He recommended a third-party company who we spoke to on a conference call with our daughter and just made all of us more reassured that the remediation and air testing results that were performed looked fine. He indicated that if we wanted another air test, he would do it at a reduced price, which was great however more important was his reassurance that everything was fine. I would highly recommend Absolute Maintenance and Consulting for any mold and misc issues.

Absolute Maintenance did some extensive work under the house a couple of year's ago, so when I started smelling mildew in one of the kitchen cabinets, I knew who to call. John came out and did a very thorough inspection of almost the entire house. Within a day or two, we had recommendations and scheduled the work. Our house had been remodeled in 1993, but we left a small amount of original structure. As the job proceeded, they found problems we would have never known existed. They were able to fix multiple issues and test the areas they remediated. The work was high quality. They spent extra time matching the paint in our dining room. You cannot tell that anything was done. Cameron, John and the rest of the crew are so responsive, and seem genuinely invested in the satisfaction of the customer. They were flexible with our schedules and understood the need to make sure our dogs stayed in the house during the times they needed to go back and forth from inside to outside. Cameron also worked with us on the cost as he undestood that this large expense popped up just as my husband was about to retire. Since our house is now over 30 years old, we are going to have Absolute Maintenance come out on a regular basis to check the areas that were treated, and make sure everything looks solid. It is a great relief knowing we will have them on a regular basis to catch any potential issues before they become big problems. If it's not clear from my review, let me just say that I highly recommend Absolute Maintenance!!!

We experienced severe water leakage that damaged the wood floor in our living room. Absolute Maintenance quickly identified the cause and provided the investigation and repairs. Their work included removing the stucco wall, flooring, and front concrete, followed by waterproofing and restoration. Because of the extensive water damage, we also needed foundation repairs. They even referred us to a foundation company to complete the necessary work. Steven personally ensured we were satisfied with the progress, visiting regularly to check on the work and address any additional needs. This project would have been overwhelming and stressful without their expertise and support.

I have worked with Cameron and the team at Absolute Maintenance & Consulting on a few different projects now. Cameron is always knowledgable, attentive, and thorough. He is extremely communicative, and has worked with me to navigate difficult situations including rental properties with tenants. I would recommend Cameron to any homeowner or real estate professional dealing with water intrusion, leaking, or mold remediation.

After a slow ceiling leak from last winter finally showed spots in our hallway, I scheduled Absolute Maintenance & Consulting in Los Angeles for mold remediation in mid July. I was dreading walls being ripped open everywhere but the inspector mapped moisture with a meter first, then marked only the sections that actually needed removal. Crew sealed the hallway with plastic and ran filtered air so the rest of the house stayed livable. They photographed each stage for insurance and labeled samples so I could see what was tested. I am sensitive to musty smells and by the second day the air already felt clearer. We did a quick walk through before they closed the drywall to confirm everything looked dry. Transparent, data driven, and they never pressured us into extra demo. I would use them again if water sneaks in somewhere else.
