I thought this company was a reputable company. They come out & make you feel like they will do all they can to help you only to put you in more debt. We had a toilet replaced & and electrical panel that was replaced. When they left my refrigerator was not put on it's own outlet like it should have been before they left & there are very large spaces where they took out a much smaller panel. I understand that they do not do drywall, but this only makes it worse for me. Now I have these holes I can not afford to fix and a gouge in my new floor by the electrical panel. I am beyond livid. I will definitely tell all of Chandler, half of who I am related to, to not use your services. This job was jot done to my satisfaction. This company is very sneaky. At 1st it was a 15 year guarantee & then after all was said & done it is only a 10 year guarantee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE OUT FOR THEMSELVES & THE ALMIGHTY BUCK. I will also put this review on YELP.
I’m not normally one to blast a company but I’m sick of this. Last week our water heater stopped working. The guys who came to do an estimate were totally cool. Explained the problem and fix and got us a good deal on a water softener. The guys who installed it were different. They dropped it down our stairs and put a hole in the wall, then tried to play off that they hadn’t. We asked them what they will do to make it right they gave us the manager’s phone number. They also turned off our AC during the install. That was fun to realize when my house was 82 degrees when I got home from work. The next day I tried to call twice. Got hung up on once without a greeting and then I’m assuming got blocked because the call doesn’t go through anymore. Called Action directly. 5 minute hold to be told manager was out. Asked for a call back. At the end of the business day I call again and get told I was put on the schedule for a repair the next day (no one told me!). Explained no one will be home and I need to schedule a time. 7 minute hold to be given another time I can’t leave work. Finally get on the schedule for Friday between 9-12. Today, 9-12 comes and goes. At 3:02 I call Action and they’re apparently calling me on the other line and leaving a voicemail saying the guy is ready to come. Sounds great, we’re home. 3:33 I’m getting a text "he’s pretty far out, do you still want him?" Yes. I went through all this effort to have you guys fix the problem you guys made. This has been a horrible experience. 4:18 I’m getting a text "sorry for the delay. I’ll tell him you still want him". My husband’s size 16 shoe for reference on the size. If I had known this would be such a joke from customer service I would have fixed the hole myself. In fact, I would have found another service altogether if I had known this is how they treat new customers.
Andy and Carry did a fabulous job on my bathroom tub faucette. Had to cut a hole in the wall to work on the pipes but sealed it up really nice. They also installed a new hot water heater ...I was surprised how fast they did it. It looks really nice. I was pleasantly surprised that I was lucky enough to get both Andy and Carry for both jobs. They were very pleasant to work with and cleaned up well. I would ask for them again. Michelle Anderson and Willi Christensen.
I had a great experience with Action Plumbing, especially with my technician, **Jake**. Even though the issue couldn’t be fixed during the initial visit, Jake clearly explained what was going on and let me know they could return the *same day* as soon as my landlord approved the repair. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional — and as a bonus, he was so sweet with my dog, which instantly put both of us at ease. I really appreciated how thorough he was and how he didn’t make me feel rushed or confused.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. These guys have over 130 employees and only 4 of them are licensed. They are being investigated by DOPL and Division of Consumer Protection. They are heavily commissioned so they took advantage of our desperate situation. Our AC unit unexpectedly went out and we were told that the condenser went out and would cost $5800 and were on back order for 2 weeks but that a new unit would be $6400 and could be installed next day. The technician, Tony then told us that because of the situation he was able to give us a $2,000 discount to get to the $6400. He said they offered free 18 month financing and so we ended up buying from them. Looking back I feel foolish for taking his word. Now I am being told that condensers are $2000 are the price gouging side of things and that it should have been more than half that price to replace the condenser. The 18 month financing was not disclosed as a GENERAC credit card, but only just that they would send us a statement and options for the payment plan. So I was surprised to see a credit card show up in the mail. They never left us with any documentation after they were done, which bad on my part for not checking that before they left. They also told us after the fact that they had to install gas sensors in our furnace room because of updated refrigerant standards (at least that’s what they told me) I don’t know if that’s true but I would have liked to know that an explosive gas was coming into my house and they needed to install a gas sensor to detect leaks and shut off the unit…. They also plastered their extreme difficult to remove stickers on everything they could see. Our breaker, our water heater, new ac, and even sticker right over the light diagnostic window on our furnace! I have reached out to them over 10 times with the same promise that they would get the documentation we were requesting. It took a week to get an invoice which showed that we got a 3 ton unit when in fact we were told we’d get a 3.5 ton unit. It also showed that they threw on their $223 service plan without our knowledge. It took us another week to get the description of work we needed for an issue we were working through with Rocky Mountain Power. Then it took them another week to get a technician to come out to our place to verify if they did install the correctly sized unit, thankfully. We consulted with family friend who was a small claims court judge and they said we would have a great case against them. So we will be pursuing them in small claims court. Please if you like your sanity DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
My heater stopped working and they were able to send someone out right away, which I appreciated. That's the only good thing I can say about this company. The technician installed a new thermostat (which I didn't request) and overcharged other services that I hadn't requested. And after all that, the issue still wasn't resolved, I had another company come out and they were able to fix the issue with my thermostat. I've been trying to get reimbursed for 2 months now, and all they can tell me is they "will follow up on that and will get back to me" Then they never do. These guys are a huge scam, look somewhere else.
Kenny and Jim were great! They were very thorough, explained things well, and were very patient and friendly with making sure we understood what was being communicated. Top notch service, would recommend! We were scared of how much the total price was, but we were able to start a payment plan that’s under $50/month!
