AJF Inspections

AJF and Chris (our inspector) are excellent! We had them involved from pre-drywall through our annual inspection. It was money well spent! So many things were pointed out that we were able to have fixed when it was an easy fix. Our builder was great and had no issues with our own inspector giving a report at all phases of the build. At each visit, Chris spent hours at our house going over everything and also took the time to explain and answer every question we had. Plus, Chris gave us so much good advice on maintaining our home and areas to check annually. Honestly, thanks to AJF there’s very little to address on our 11 month inspection by our builder. This is the 7th house we’ve built and it was by far our best experience thanks in no small part to Chris and AJF Inspections.

Kurtis did an AMAZING job with our inspection. He really took a lot of time and paying attention to small details others might miss! His report was thorough and you can tell he has been doing this for 30 years, as he said, as he knew what he was talking about. Would definitely recommend him!!! Awesome job!

The home inspector Eric Christman was at the site of the property on time. He meticulously checked the whole house and provided a comprehensive report. He also explained the things that he was looking for and has answered all my questions thoroughly. I am extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend him.
