Alamo Doors and Gates

When I tell you this was the absolutely BEAT experience I have ever had!! Okay so I come out to head to work in the morning and hear a loud bang and my garage door will not open. Immediately I see a few parts on my garage have literally snapped and broken so I go to google to try to find an emergency fix! I land on Alamo Doors and Gates and they tell me they will be over in 30 minutes!! Aldo sat here and went step by step in explaining what the issue is and how it can be fixed easily! I kid you not even an hour later everything is not only working as it did before but it’s even BETTER now! I will only be using this company for all my Garage door needs from now on. Truly thank you!

Very quick response to my call for an issue. Was able to schedule the next day for a repair. They were prompt, great prices and service was above expected. The repair guy showed me a few extra things to help protect the garage door. Look forward to using them again in the future.

I needed to get my garage door replaced, and I picked Alamo Doors and Gates at random, actually -- mainly because they were located close to where I live. I was highly satisfied with how Issac and Aldo went about their job. They were extremely professional and courteous, and knew what they were doing. The only thing that left me wondering was why the matter of the remote garage door opener was not discussed. Though it had slipped my mind, I would have expected the professionals to have brought it up during our initial discussions. I contacted them later about it, and those were delivered to me for a price. Overall, however, I was highly satisfied with their work, and would highly recommend them.

I called in the morning and the company sent Aldo out in the afternoon the very same day. Also was able to recommend two springs instead of one to help have less wear on the one spring that had broken. It was my choice to just replace it like it was or to get try springs so it was less wear and tear one one spring. Aldo also moved a piece on the for that was supposed to be at the top of the door that was installed a little lower for some reason. I am grateful for that as it makes sense that it should have been at the top but I never knew that. After 4 years of living in this house, it had been that way and thankfully nothing had happened. Now I am sure it won't bend because of the incorrect installation of that piece! Aldo also showed me how to lubricate the wheels, bearings, springs and any area that needed it. He recommended doing that every quarter. I believe we have only lubricate the wheels twice in the 4 years of living here. He replaced one wheel that was a little wobbly as well. Not only did Aldo educate me on how to maintain the garage door but he fixed it up without leaving any mess behind. He had all his tools and ladder ready to bring in once I approved the work. He was thorough and even had me test the car garage door opener as well as the alarm we have on the garage door to ensure they worked properly. He was done in about an hour and I am extremely satisfied with the warranty, the work and the education he gave me. I highly recommend this place. It is very professional and Aldo was pleasant.

Called at 8:00 a.m. on a Friday, the tech was out in less than an hour, made the repair to our garage door and got it operational again, Aldo our tech, was incredibly thorough, great communication, and excellent on the quality of the repair, I would highly recommend using this company for your next repair or new garage door needs.

The polite young man came early and he did a good job explaining exactly what needed to be repaired. He did an excellent job and gave me good advice. I will use Alamo again when I have to.
