Eric saved the day for us! We broke our shut off valve during a project in the off position and luckily he was nearby to come and make a repair within minutes! He was super friendly and explained his process with us, even cutting out some old piping from a water softener used by the prior owners no longer in use to prevent any future issues. What started out as a stressful situation turned around all thanks to his quick, quality work and positive energy. This was our first time working with a plumbing company as new homeowners and All Pro & Eric have made lifelong fans today!

Don Smith at All Pro Plumbing did a fantastic job. He was on time, addresed our concern right away. Provided honest advice on how to repair. Although new to this company his experience, honesty and professionalism is a blessing to customers and his employer.

We had a plumbing emergency at Midnight and reached out to All Star Plumbing. They answered their phone right away and said a tech would reach out to us shortly. Demetrius called us a few minutes later and said he'd arrive in an hour. He sent me a text with his photo. He arrived in well under an hour and was so professional and courteous. He diagnosed the issue to be a cracked sewer pipe that had been patched, but it didn't hold. He advised us to notify the City of Winter Garden to repair it. Our subdivision had a company that was laying cable so we told him we'd be reaching out to them as well. We have a couple non-emergency plumbing jobs and will be reaching out to All Pro again and request Demetrius return to our home to complete them. We only wish we could give he and All Pro 10 STARS .

Great service and communication. Bought new home and needed a plumber a few times over the past year and a half. Considering no one likes to hear they need a plumber All Pro Plumbing makes it comforting to know I am in good hands with great prices. John Brown was our specialist in flow meters and ensured me our water is safe while they order the part we need. He was professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant! All Pro Plumbing has a customer for life! They are amazing! We recently had a re-pipe of our entire home and from start to finish, everyone we have spoken to or met has been amazing! After all work had been completed we called them up as we had a clogged line (NOT caused by the re-pipe, it was a separate issue) and the office sent John out. He like everyone we have met at All Pro, was so knowledgeable, friendly and professional! Line was no longer clogged upon his arrival but he took the time to make sure there were no issues and gave suggestions for maintaining clear plumbing lines! Highly recommend All Pro Plumbing! They will be our go to with any plumbing needs!
