We had a bad initial set up of our epic fan. Gave them a call, explained the situation and they send out a technician to see what to deal with. They were very empathic with our situation and genuinely felt bad for what we past thru. Immediately I received an estimate for redoing thing RIGHT and how they should got done from the beginning. The put our fan into work in half a day. Routed wires, anchored PROPERTLY, upgraded our main breaker box and gave us advices on some things.
