When you need knowledge, friendly service for your appliances look no further than A&P appliance. My stove coil ruptured and I needed a new one. My church recommended going here, as they use them for the appliances in their housing project that they have. Turns out these people know what they are doing, they have a lot of parts in stock, and they love what they are doing. This made working with them a real joy. They found the past for my stove and made sure all the little screws and nuts were in the package before letting me leave. I could tell they enjoy their jobs by the smiles on their faces and the joy that they radiated. I highly recommend using this shop for all your appliances needs.

They sourced the exact part I needed within a day. I replaced my non-working stovetop igniter with an OEM replacement. Doesn't pay to skimp in the long run. Definitely recommend them.

Best customer service! Called to schedule an appointment to get someone out here to lend me an extra hand with the dishwasher. However, they were able to problem solve the issue with me over the phone. Huge help, saved me money and time, I just wish I would have called them sooner.

I needed to replace a broken handle in my over stove microwave. The service to order the part was outstanding. The technician who replaced the handle was on time and polite. My issue was the price for service. The part was approximate $150 but the 15 minutes installation cost was $200. This translates to 400-800/hour for replacing a handle. I mentioned an estimate of cost but the order technician. The technician indicated he could not give this to me. He did say it was very easy if you had the tool. I would have like the choice to review an installation estimate before the service was performed.

They had my dryer belt for $20 and I didn't have to wait for Scamazon shipping. Should have charged me more I would have been fine with it. I didn't even have the old belt or all the info with me and they still got it. Turns out the person behind the counter was so nice it made it even more worth the trip. This is how you box store

The 5" plastic dryer handle has broken off the dryer door. I tried to order with this appliance company, that I've used before, and was told that they could order -- but that I'd need a $99 service call to put it on??? I always try to use local businesses vs. HomeDepot, etc... guess not this time, sadly..

5 stars without even needing to buy something. I called asking for a part. Instead of selling me something the gentleman asked me several questions. He actually ruled out the part I was asking for. He explained what it did and why he didn't think it was that. Then he went through a couple more scenarios and things I should check. I did them and he was on the phone. We ruled out all but two of them. Both of which need a qualified tech to replace. I can't thank A&P enough and will be going out of my way to use them for anything down the road. Buy local, but most of all support this place at all cost. They dont make businesses like this any more.
