Thank you Appliance Care &Repair for your service. Randy was our service guy. He was very personable, knew his stuff & arrived within the time frame given. I liked that Randy explained the problem and ordered the part right away, came back the following day. He removed the old part & installed the new part. Very pleased with his work ethic. Randy was polite, explained everything he did and a great service guy. Appreciate all that was done for us. We have used the washer since it was fixed & it's working great.

The service was excellent. They responded instantly and I was able to make an appointment for the next day. Randy was very professional and I’m so thankful that I can once again use my dryer and not lose a beat. Thank you for all your help!!!

Anthony was very friendly and professional, and communicated the cost of parts and labor and their warranties effectively and up front. He was on time and quick with the washer repair, and made sure everything was working properly. I would definitely recommend Anthony and Appliance Care & Repair

Guillermo was polite and nice, he knew exactly what to do as soon i explained what was going on. Once he was finished he cleaned up the water and left the floor like nothing happened and I truly appreciate that. Thanks so much! Bonus, he speaks Spanish . Definitely will recommend!

Our service call to appliance care and repair was great! They were able to schedule us quickly and Jason was great! He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient! He was able to diagnose several problems through testing protocols and then observed my normal use of the washer and identified and investigated additional findings. Very thorough and courteous! Great job

Honestly, this is the first service that would have warranted a 10 star rating if I could give it. They were amazing from the very beginning, great service, great communication and knowledgeable. Can’t say enough great things about them.
