Ernesto is the man!!! Yesterday my igniter on my oven broke, I went to get a new one at APC and when I got home to do the repair, my dog knocked it off the counter and the new one shattered. I went back to APC and Ernesto laughed at the story and hooked me up with a new one. I've since repaired the oven and am happily able to cook for my familia again! From my familia to yours...Grazie!

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience felt like a complete ripoff. I had three gas fireplaces serviced. The company charged $150 per fireplace just to show up — all in the same house — with no bundled pricing. Then they charged $25 per battery for something that costs a couple bucks at most. So to change the battery in the igniter, it cost $230 total for one fireplace. For the second fireplace, they said the line needed to be bled, but they didn’t actually do any bleeding — just pressed a couple buttons on the remote. Still, they charged $195 for that. For the third fireplace, same story — battery + "bleeding the line" — and another $230. They were done in less than 30 minutes total. To top it off, they sent two techs, but only one did anything while the other watched. This felt like a textbook upsell situation, with inflated prices for very minor work. I expected to pay for service, but not to be gouged for routine tasks that took minutes to perform. I genuinely regret using this company and will not be calling them again.
