James is fantastic .... knowedgeable and very polite. Identified our washer problem quickly and resolved it just as fast. We greatly appreciate his expertise.
The technician was great. But the customer service overall was the worst experience I have ever had.
Ricky is excellent. Professional and knowledgeable. Pls send him Friday. I texted info so parts could be available. Didn't happen today. Double work for me and Technician. Maybe address coordination of Team supposed to be helping Technician. Make it easier.
The technician William was not prepared with the parts to fix my refrigerator as the virtual Richard technician said when I had the conversion the day before the appointment. On the day of the appointment the technician William charge me $139.99 just to give me a guest diagnosis of what could be wrong with my refrigerator and he said, I can bought the parts and my husband can install the parts, and he left. He made me sign three times without telling me what I was signing... never show me anything that I was signing. Worse experienced I ever have.
Ray is knowledgeable, polite and on time. When he heard the noise from the dishwasher he knew right away what the problem was. He is the only one that has made sure the parts got ordered and checked to see that they were working on them. I have had a problem with my dishwasher since August 1, and had it not been for Ray, the work would have not got done. Now the problem is finally fixed.
Ray showed up within the window scheduled, notified us in advance of his arrival and did a thorough check of all the appliances along with some suggestions on needed maintenance
Our tech Dante was great. Very professional & explained what he was doing & what was needed to improve A/C quality
