Very good repair service company. Easy to contact. I called to make an appointment and Sam came out within 2 hours. He was knowledgeable and explained to me the details of what needed to be repaired. Had the tools with him so everything could be done within the same service. He did a really great job. Repair didn’t take long either. Definitely use their services for any major appliance needs.

Sam is an incredibly pleasant and reliable repairman who truly has his customers’ best interests at heart. He’s easy to reach, communicates clearly, and walks you through every step of the process. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a refrigerator repair specialist, and I can’t imagine working with anyone else in the future.

Sam at Jumpstart was very professional and did an amazing job replacing my Samsung ice maker. He was thorough and provided all necessary detail on what he was replacing along with his company’s warranty/replacement guarantee. I highly recommend. Also , all pre/post text messages were timely and easy to understand. Invoices were correct and received timely as well.

In a day and age where everyone has a hard time finding good appliance repair Sam showed up on-time delivered as promised and was up front about the costs and services. The first day he came out he told me he had an incident on the road but still showed up and evaluated the appliance. He kept me updated throughout and when the part came in scheduled it promptly and showed up in the window he gave me both visits. He was respectful, professional, and made the repair in a timely manner. I am glad I accidentally found him through LG but would trust him to make any appliance repair for me, and highly recommend his services.

Sam from Jump Start Appliance Repair was great. He diagnosed the problem we had with our refrigerator and while do the repair noticed another issue with our refrigerator that needed to be addressed. Definitely recommend this company if you want great service at a reasonable price.

We’ve used JumpStart on multiple occasions to have our ice maker replaced/repaired. Sam, who’s serviced out issues is awesome!!! He’s knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, and gets the issue(s) resolved. Would recommend this Company if the need(s) arise
