They fixed the keypad on our Panasonic microwave quickly and at a reasonable cost. The part was in stock so I got the microwave back the same day I dropped it off. Amazing!

This company did not show up when they were scheduled. They did not return our calls. When finally contacted, they lied about what the schedule day and time was. On the next day when they said they were scheduled, they never showed up and they never called. They did not respond to texts or phone calls the rest of the day. I would never use this company for any repliance repairs. Extremely unprofessional. How difficult is it to respond with a text saying yes we're coming or no we're not coming.

In addition to being an appliance repair service, this place is also an authorized repair center for Fisher Price ride on vehicles. The first time we took our Fisher Price car in, they replaced the defective part, we took it back home and immediately it started having other problems. Took it back in a second time, they kept it for close to two weeks, we got it back, and not 15 minutes after arriving back home, both parts they supposedly replaced with new ones gave out. They even forgot to put one of the screws back in! Very sloppy work! Stay FAR away from this place!

Nice people, good service, good communication...the dying microwave wasn't worth the repair cost, but they were up front about costs, so I would definitely do business with them again.
