I was really happy with the outcome of getting my refrigerator repaired. He installed a new water line same day. I called and a technician was here about two hours later to get it fixed. It probably took him maybe 45 minutes to an hour to get it done. Now everything works perfectly again. Very fairly priced, reasonable, fast service.

Appliance Surgeon was able to send technicians out same-day to assess the issue with my stacking washer/dryer unit (dryer was making loud squeaking/scraping noises). They were even able to make a same-day repair within a 2-hour time frame, which was incredible! Emin and his partner were very professional, respectful, and responsible!

I needed my dryer fixed when two bolts popped out of the drum. Booking was easy, the scheduling was flexible, the repairmen came right around when they were scheduled, and they were quick and efficient. I thought the price was very fair. They even tried to help me out by fixing my laundry door! I would call them again for my next fix when I need it!

Was able to schedule same-day repair for a refrigerator not working correctly. They came on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. They had to leave and come back later in the day with a new part, but that was fine. They were on time again when they came back and quickly fixed the refrigerator. Price was fair for a same-day appointment and repair.

Called for same day service, within minutes of my call,on a Saturday! Very professional, knowledge, and reliable. Cost was good. Cleaned up behind themselves. Always showed me each step of the work as it was completed. Highly recommend.

Great experience. Picked up the phone on the weekend, sent a technician out very promptly, and were honest and straightforward with our options. Our Viking fridge door alarm was driving us crazy and the problem took less than 10 minutes to diagnose. Would highly recommend!
