Professional, knowledgeable and fast service! Umid was able to repair the heating element and replace the defrost sensor and save us from needing to buy another refrigerator. He made sure everything was in good working order before he left and was respectful of our property (cleaned up after the work etc)

Ramil came to fix my washer today and did such a great job! He’s super polite, friendly, and really knows what he’s doing. He explained everything clearly and has a great customer service mind — very kind and patient. My washer works perfectly now. Highly recommend him!

Our 5 year old Samsung refrigerator stopped working. I did some research online and decided to reach out to UltraFix. They were able to send a Tech out the next day. Marahim showed up early, he was polite and professional. He assessed the situation and was able to quickly figure out it was the computer panel. He ordered the part, right then and there, which took about a week to come in due to weekend/holiday. He returned for the repair a week later on time. He quickly and efficiently replaced the panel in no time. Hopefully I won’t need to, but if another appliance breaks I will call ultrafix and request Marahim. Overall between all my phone calls with UltraFix, everyone was polite, friendly and knowledgeable!

Seymur kept me updated on his arrival via text. He was courteous and explained the difference between dryers that have rollers vs bearings; I really appreciated that. Our dryer has bearings. Rollers are better than bearings at handling heavier loads of clothes. Seymur found a crack in the plastic and showed me the scratch marks where it was rubbing against the drum and making that squeaky noise. After he readjusted the outside covers, the squeakiness disappeared! It was a relatively simple and easy fix.

Dmytro did a great job at diagnosing the issue of our dishwasher. He’s was very professional, kind, and efficient. We were able to have him come within an hour of us calling. We will be using UltraFix again if other appliance issues arise!

My basement fridge wasn't working and I called Ultra Fix and they got me a technician the same day and was so prompt in getting here. The technician was Ramil and he was very thorough with his assessment and explaining with what he was doing and how the process worked. He got my fridge working super fast and explained if there's any issues he'll be there for any other issues. Can't recommend this company enough!
