Zach was friendly, professional, and got the job done really quickly. He already had a new heating element ready to go. The technician that was originally scheduled to us couldn't make it last minute due to snow, but the company quickly found someone closer to fill in so we wouldn't need to reschedule. I appreciated them doing that proactively.

Jarred, our appliance tech, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did he help with our washer diagnosis, he inspected our other appliances and gave us some tips and tricks on how to maintain them better and extend their lifetime. Dominic did warranty servicwe on our Frigidaire electric range. He was prompt both times he came out, diagnosed and ordered a new circuit board, came back and installed and tested the new board, and the replacement and repair was successful. He was efficient, friendly, great communicator and did a terrific job. He left the work area spotless and was a delight to work with. We recently had an issue with our washer/dryer unit — the dryer wouldn’t turn on and just made a buzzing sound when pressing the start button. Alex from Lee’s Appliance came out to take a look, and we couldn’t have asked for a better technician. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Within minutes of troubleshooting, he identified the problem as a faulty motor. Since the unit was still under warranty, the part was ordered, and Alex returned to complete the repair. He worked quickly (even if he didn’t think so!) and got everything up and running smoothly. His attention to detail and positive attitude made the entire experience stress-free. I highly recommend Lee’s Appliance and especially Alex for any appliance repairs — great service from start to finish!

The tech Lee's sent was great. He called me shortly after I scheduled the visit and again about 20 minutes before showing up. He knew what he was doing and had diagnosed my refrigerator issue in ~ 10 minutes or less. Replacement part I needed was no longer manufactured, and he gave me some helpful feedback and answered questions I had about purchasing a new refrigerator.
