Steve was great. He was able to fix my dryer and was easy to work with. Good pricing too. I'll definitely use them again if I have further issues. I would recommend them to a friend.

Steve has come out to our house twice now. Once to work on our gas oven and most recently to work on our ice maker. Both times, he has been on time, very kind, honest, and reasonably priced! We will absolutely call appliance guys next time we need something!

Fast response and great service. Steve fixed our dishwasher very quickly. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly!

If I was able to would give this place 10 stars. Text when on the way. When making appointment where told how the charges would go. Got here and explain clearly what he was doing first. For me had an breaker problem. He checked and found dryer not getting correct power to make it heat up. Made sure I had picture of breaker that needed replacement. Give me card. Very polite, easy going person.

It's always wonderful to have Steve fix an appliance. We can count on quality, and timely work with a cheerful happy service experience.

I was impressed from the beginning with my experience with the Appliance Guys. I was given a 2 hour time range for them to show up on the schedule day (rather than having to wait until the night before or morning of to learn the expected arrival time). Steve arrived on time and completed our dryer repair in a reasonable amount of time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything I wanted (but don't always get). I highly recommend the Appliance Guys and will be using them in the future.

I had absolutely no idea who to call when my dryer just quit heating, so I went to GOOGLE and after reading reviews, my choice was CLEAR!! I initially spoke with Lori (hope spelling is correct), and I knew I had found the company I needed!! Steve was able to get over to check it out and find the problem and unfortunately, the part had to be ordered, which I totally understand!! One thing that made me feel this company truly cares about their customers, was he kept apologizing for not being able to repair it that day!!! So, the part was ordered and once it arrived I got a phone call from Lori that it was in and Steve would be by that same afternoon to install it!!! He arrived and replaced the part and my clothes are so happy to be WRINKLE FREE!!! Trust is hard to gain and they totally have earned mine!!!
