Miele Experience Center Seattle

PART 1 Their cooking classes are phenomenal! I own a combi steam oven, and it's the best oven I've ever had. The cooking classes explain how to use any of their superb appliances. I just got back from a Thanksgiving cooking class where we had turkey (of course), bean casserole, cornbread, cranberry sauce, and a delicious pumpkin dessert. Well, everything was delicious, even the wine! The staff is super friendly, and they made us a cappuccino to cap off the evening! I have only good things to say about this company, and those who work there. PART 2 My wife and I went again this week for the second half of their Thanksgiving themed cooking class. The first thing they served was water and wine. The water was the fanciest water I've ever seen. There was an orange slice at the bottom where they planted some rosemary to make it look like miniature trees, and then placed some decorative cranberries around the rosemary. You'll probably just have to take a look at the picture. It's a symbol of how they are with everything. They pay attention to details and really care about their presentation. It's always a lovely time when we visit the Miele Experience Center. When we purchased our Miele appliances about 6 years ago, we didn't know we would be enjoying such amazing cooking classes with such nice people.

We came here for an in-person demo of the Miele appliances and the experience was simply AMAZING! Sarah and Jennifer were very knowledgable of their products, and we had a great time learning about Miele’s kitchen equipment. They even had their chef made a full lunch for us to help us understand the differences Miele’s technologies can make in bringing out the best in recipes and various cooking methods! Incredible experience and I can’t wait to bring my friends and families, and clients to try and learn more about Miele products in the future!

I have nothing but great things to say about the Miele experience center in Seattle. We first visited in March 2023. Gabrielle greeted us and the rest is history! We originally went just to look at the steam oven. Gabrielle of course assisted us and answered all of our questions. We were so impressed we ended up asking about other appliances and ended up buying all of our kitchen appliances and washer and dryer through her. We even splurged on a coffee machine! Gabrielle discerned our needs and steered us to the perfect model in each category. Due to our long list of appliances we have had many emails and phone calls going back and forth. Gabrielle has always been ready to help and quick to answer. She has taken care of every need and issue for us with patience, competency, professionalism and cheerfulness. More recently she signed us up for one of the steam oven classes which we found to be very helpful. In total we bought a steam oven, A convection oven, Dishwasher, Gas Range top, under cabinet range hood, built in tower refrigerator and freezer, the built in coffee system and washer and dryer. I cannot recommend Gabrielle and this experience center highly enough! We are so happy with the way our kitchen turned out! Thanks again.

I had an amazing time at the Miele Experience Center cooking demonstration! Chef Garett was fantastic—engaging, knowledgeable, and great at showcasing what the appliances can really do. A huge shoutout as well to Jennifer and Gabby in the showroom. They were incredibly attentive and clearly knew the products inside and out, answering every question with confidence and detail. Their professionalism and hospitality made the entire experience enjoyable and informative. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re considering Miele appliances!

Think that it's very helpful (and clever) of Miele to showcase it's rather amazing appliances by hosting an informal dinner over wine. At my recent visit, they featured apples - roasted in a delicious soup (served with just-out-of-the-oven focaccia bread,), a beautifully presented warm salad, and a bread pudding. Along the way, we learned how to take full advantage of the stove's unique features, like the steam-infused dough proofer. There was no sales pressure whatsoever, it felt more like like a dinner party with a particularly well informed host. And it was fun to see that the staff clearly enjoyed what they were doing and had great comeraderie. I was impressed with both the store and the experience.

I love the Miele experience center! The whole staff is so knowledgeable about all the appliances and is so friendly. I highly recommend their Wednesday classes, where they demonstrate how to use the cooking appliances and serve food after the demonstration! Just pop on by with any questions - you'll be blown away by the functionalities of the appliances!

I have visited this center several times before to purchase extra dishwasher, vacuum and laundry accessories. Always, the manager Jennifer and the other worker, Gabi, are so friendly and helpful and very welcoming. Recently, I've attended a couple of product demos (cooking appliances and coffee machines) and had so much fun! We will (hopefully) be doing a remodel on our kitchen next year. It would be lovely to add a few more Miele quality products to my home. I feel fortunate that we have a MEC in the Bellevue area. Not all cities are so blessed!
