Dave was an absolute lifesaver! He stepped in to help during the Thanksgiving holiday when I had an urgent oven issue with one of my tenants. Despite the timing, he responded quickly, arrived on schedule, and diagnosed the problem right away. Tom did our washer repair. The whole process was easy. I called on Saturday and they scheduled for service within 2 hours and he provided updates on his arrival. He was professional, personable and explained all steps to me as well as cost prior to doing the repair. He had the part in his car and did the installation promptly. He cleaned the area when he finished. Great job!

Outstanding service by Max and Alex. Highly recommend! Max and Alex were incredibly efficient and professional. I called them about an OE error on my LG front load washer, and despite it being a holiday, they arrived within an hour. They quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the broken part. In just 90 minutes, my washer was back up and running smoothly. Throughout the repair, they shared helpful tips on how to care for the appliance, which I really appreciated. From start to finish, their service was excellent. I 100% recommend them!

Fast turnaround and service. Professional and easy to work with. Nick came to my home to address a problem with my dryer, and it was only 3 days after my contact with the company. He diagnosed and resolved the issue in less than 2 hours of work. He wore shoe covers in our home to respect our floors while being able to do his work - and go back to his truck to get supplies. ART responded immediately to my request for a quote and had Nick come out the next day to diagnose the problem with my washing machine. He needed to order the part and was back the next day to finish the repair. The price was competitive, Nick was polite and speedy with the work, and he was able to work around my own work schedule. We had an issue with our refrigerator that completely stopped working, and Max came out to take a look. From the start, he was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty control board. Instead of pushing for an expensive full replacement, he offered to try repairing the board himself. Max carefully removed it, soldered on individual components, and managed to get everything working again. Thanks to his skill, our fridge is back up and running, and he saved us a significant amount of money. It’s rare to find someone with both the technical expertise and the genuine care to go the extra mile for their customers. We highly recommend Max to anyone who needs appliance repair.
