Dennis did a great job fixing my microwave. He showed up on time, knew exactly what he was doing. Super easy to work with and very professional. Have recommended him to many folks and would recommend him again!

Dennis came to fix my washing machine today in record time. He is honest, fast, efficient, polite, and considerate. He found parts right away where no one did or could, and I mean no one else knew they even still existed. Others had told me they were not available, and turned me down flat. I thought I'd have to buy a new washer. He didn't even charge for the initial visit to determine what the problem was, which is unheard of today. To my utter surprise, he knew right away he could get the parts for my old, but "still in good condition washer" (his words). He even checked out the belt on the dryer just to be sure it wasn't cracked, and didn't charge for that, and that was really quick as well. This man is so kind, so good at his work, and I am very grateful. He even cleaned out what needed to be cleaned before replacing old broken parts, and then gave me a price that was lower than any of the other washing machines I had found....and I looked for quite a while until I ran across Eastside Appliance Repair. I would also have had to buy a washer that didn't match my dryer. Well, I now have my washer back and running beautifully. Thank you Eastside Appliance Repair, and thank you Dennis. Dennis did a great job repairing our Liebherr fridge which a lot of business’s don’t repair. They came quickly and diagnosed the problem ordered the part and came back to fix within a week. Great service and rate. Highly recommend.

WOW! 1 Year warranty ??? Yes. That's true. Very unusual for this industry but this company offers that with their repairs . Even my American Shield contractor offered only 90 days hence it wasn't worth the money. This company stands behind their work. The company relies on shipping timelines provided for parts but sometimes UPS or FedEx are late . If you have to take time off work to be home I would recommend coordinating appointment after parts were received. (They are legitimately quick to schedule and online! I got on the website around 10 am and they had two appointments the next day. Also next day scheduled once they got the part) Very professional, polite and quick. Highly recommend!!! Our dishwasher was acting very oddly before we went on vacation. We had to put off scheduling til we returned, and I thought it would take a while to get someone out. Not so! Eastside Appliance Repair confirmed my proposed booking quickly; less than 48 hours later, Dmitrii came and saved the day. Billing and payment was convenient too. Fantastic service, I had an issue with my dishwasher and it was repaired within 24 hours. The technician was efficient, and took time to explain the issue and resolution tips to avoid similar issues happening again in the future.

Microwave functionality had issues because of the door. Dennis fixed the issue by cleaning some plastic debris, added a screw in the right place and the door sensor is now happy. Microwave works.
