This service was great. The appointment was booked quickly. Once they came and assessed the issue they were able to return first thing 2 days later. Tom and his coworker were in and out quickly. They took apart my appliance. Replaced the part, and returned it to its position in the laundry area. Fast, clean, friendly, professional and skilled. I couldn't be happier with this company and the associates they sent. Thank you.

Jimmy was very knowledgeable professional. He impressed me how meticulous he was. I definitely would recommend him and the company for the prompt response and repair.

Called initially for dishwasher repair, while Tom was out asked him about another issue with my refrigerator. Was pleased with Tom's knowledge and how he explained the issues with both appliances. Had repairs done within 2days and both working fine now. Prompt, honest and fair. Definitely would use Mr Appliance again!

Tom was thorough and knowledgeable. Disappointed that it wasn’t taken care of in one day. Took the better part of a week to resolve my water dispenser issue. Cost a lot more than I thought it should but ultimately had a good outcome.

Honestly, I had a great experience with the folks at Mr. Appliance. Everyone I worked with couldn't have been more helpful. From working with Paula, Amanda, and Erin for appointment (and follow-ups) scheduling and meeting our tech, Tom...it was just great. Tom is incredibly knowledgeable, and offered some helpful insight into our refrigerator and its known issues. Just super friendly and respectful of our time and our home. While I hope to not have to call them again, if/when I will need to, I will undoubtably choose Mr. Appliance for any appliance related needs! Thank you all again for such outstanding service.

We had a fantastic experience with Mr. Appliance for our dishwasher repair. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. We received a text the night before with a confirmation, a time window, and even a photo of the technician, which made us feel comfortable and informed. The tech arrived on time, quickly identified and fixed our dishwasher issue, and even went above and beyond by helping with our refrigerator. Although he didn’t typically work on fridges, he called in a colleague who was available the same day to help. The fridge tech not only resolved the noise issue but also took the time to teach us about proper maintenance. All of this incredible service came at a great price—under $400 for both repairs! We are beyond impressed and will be recommending Mr. Appliance to friends, family, and our real estate clients. Thank you, Mr. Appliance, for such a professional and thoughtful service!

The service was excellent. Tom was great. He only negative thing was I thought the repair cost was a too much. Tom replaced a timer on my hot point dryer and I was charged $440.00. The invoice doesn’t say how much the part was but I looked it up and found the part was about $40.00, do that means $400 for labor.
