I was very impressed with Lew. He was professional, timely, and respectful. He communicated clearly throughout the process and got all of our appliances repaired efficiently. Excellent service — highly recommend!
Got charged 129 for a wrong diagnosis. They let me know that the pump in my washer needed replaced. Cost was going to be $650 to fix which is more than the cost of the washer. After buying the washer pump got it installed the washer still didn’t work. Got a second diagnosis which the actual issue was the motherboard. I would really appreciate a refund, but I know this won’t happen so I will just settle for a review. Hopefully other people can see this and take it as a warning.
My complaint is with scheduling and And being rescheduled for repairs. It took over a month to have my refrigerator repaired. The technician that came out to diagnose the issue Jake and the technician that came and repaired Rhyen were great, but I was scheduled and rescheduled six times by the service provider and was without a refrigerator for six weeks. I actually ended up buying a new one
I decided to try your service repair and set a time on the 2nd of July. Nobody came, no notice received, no phone call. I checked and was advised my appointment was changed to the next morning (8-12). So I was up at 6:45 to be sure I was completely awakened & ready for the early time slot. At 10:29 I received a text that the Technician was on the way, but never showed. I was informed that he came and there was nobody home. I never left & my home is small so if he rang the doorbell I would have heard it. I now have to wait for another time next week. If I have more problems then....I will cancel & find another repairman! And I will not be signing up for a Home Warranty. NOT A GOOD START WITH A NEW CUSTOMER....
It was very easy to schedule our refrigerator repair on line. The technician arrived within 24 hours and completed a thorough inspection and repair. We were lucky as no parts were needed and our refrigerator was back up and running during the service call. Our tech was friendly and competent. I would use this service again.
Jake arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my washing machine and was able to fix it immediately. Professional and courteous customer service.
First of all, he sat in his car and talked on the phone for 15 minutes in front of my house. Told me I had to call my warranty place so they would order the parts that are needed to fix my refrigerator. This is not true And now I don’t know if the parts have been ordered. In one of the emails I got sent after the appointment showed that I signed off that I knew that there was problems with my flooring underneath my refrigerator! I did not know this he did not even pull out my refrigerator to know what was going on back there. So???? Had me sign something saying I just needed to sign it and it was blank. There was nothing to read! Now I have people coming out again on Monday. I don’t know if my parts have been ordered, but I’m gonna be really upset if they are not! I really hope somebody calls me about this. I’m very disappointed with Sears right now. And to top it off, there’s no phone number for customer service. Everything is AI and when I try that they have no idea what I’m talking about and hang up on me. Will somebody please call me before Monday, July 14, 2025? Update. The numbers in previous reviews do not go to a live person! How do I talk to a real life person!!
