A to Z appliance were very knowledgable and always willing to help with the do it yourself repairs. I purchased a GE oven door lock switch for my gas stove. I also purchased a Samsung washer door switch. A to Z helped me with how to install and had the parts i needed in stock. I saved alot on labor.

Old school, very friendly and helpful neighborhood appliance parts shop. Found this gem somewhat randomly. Staff went out of their way to help me, offering a solution that was far cheaper than the OEM. For the adventurous DIYer who isn’t afraid to seek out the answer along with the right part. Owner keeps your appliance model so he can quickly track down the right part. Worth a trip from points in south and central Brooklyn.

I bought a washer control board from them. That was supposed to have a 30 day no question asked Warranty. It was shipped to me the tabs to mount it, we’re all broke off, but I zip tied it on plugged it in . It was like Russian roulette with the machine, the brain was scrambled And I couldn’t get it to do anything the readout was scrambled. The old control board would work for a while and then it would just quit , And say couldn’t communicate with the motor. I emailed and tried to get a hold of them countless times with no answer on how to return. I will never buy anything from them again and I suggest you stay far far away from them. Their warranty is worthless!!!

I was introduced to A to Z appliance from a co-worker that has used them for many years. I have used them for over 10 years for various repairs, including when my mom's dryer wasn't working properly and fixing an old stove, and most recently my wall oven. They have always been good with their prices, answered all my questions, and their service has ALWAYS been friendly. I never feel like they don't have the time or that I'm bothering them. They seem to have all the parts I've needed. I feel that they are a great value and are a great resource for me, and I highly recommend them. Don't lose time and money buying the wrong parts online, and not getting support from guys that only know part numbers. These guys know what they're talking about. This store is a gem, the staff is amazing. If you are willing to take on repairs of small appliances then Vinny is willing to walk you through it. Even before I went to the store I call him up, tell him the appliance and he diagnosis the problem over the phone. He has helped me save hundreds of dollars on repairs and my appliances are running as good as the day I got them. If you're looking for a part, chances are he has it. This is the type of service that small businesses and neighborhoods are built on. If you have a problem with an appliance call them first!
