Had many to choose from, I purchased a stainless steel fridge for a family member, I paid, gave address it was delivered on time and I didnt have to be there, they also set it up in the kitchen, they were excellent. Richard C Brooklyn ny

Horrible communication and service all around would not recommend to anyone. I have been waiting in my home for two days for a fridge they simply will not deliver. They claim to have arrived with the fridge at my home today however I did not receive a text call or buzz so after waiting no longer than five minutes they canceled my delivery completely without telling me. Horribly unprofessional and incompetent would not recommend to anyone.

I bought my appliances from them. The people there are very sweet. They have a great collection. They always answer and their service is very good.

No puedo creer la experiencia que he tenido con este negocio. Compré un refrigerador de 24 pulgadas en Rafys Appliance Store y fue un gran error. Cuando Rafy llegó a mi apartamento, la nevera no encajaba en el área donde vivo. Rafy y su ayudante obligaron a bajar la nevera por las escaleras, lo que provocó que quedara muy abollada y severamente rayada. Siendo la persona comprensiva que me propongo ser, acepté completamente la nevera en la condición en que la dejaron con el trato de que Rafy volvería a pintarla el sábado siguiente. Han pasado 3 semanas y he tenido 3 citas sin cita previa. En este punto, ya ni siquiera llamo por la pintura, llamo porque el refrigerador dejó de funcionar por completo. Tuve que tirar más de $150 de comida, mi apartamento olía fatal porque mi comida se estaba pudriendo. Ayer esperé a Rafy todo el día y no apareció. Llamé a su empresa, muy molesta y les dije que no podía creer cómo estaban manejando esta situación. También les dije que si hubiera leído las reseñas sobre ellos antes de hacer negocios, nunca les habría comprado nada. Después de no tener noticias de Rafy desde (16/10/21) hoy es (07/11/21), Rafy decidió enviarme el dinero que pagué por el refrigerador con alguien que tenemos como amigo en común. ¿Qué tan poco profesional es eso? Estoy extremadamente furioso con la forma en que se manejó esta situación y, como persona que me dedico a apoyar a las pequeñas empresas dominicanas, le aconsejo que se mantenga muy lejos de Rafys Home Appliances.

They know nothing about fixing appliances.... Stay clear away from this place dude wanted to charge me $100 for double sided 3m tape to hold the stainless steal together after I told him I tried that!!! Place is a joke . You better off going to a reliable place like home depot or Loews Where you get a warranty! Pay the price and be stress free .

I received service from them today and everything was successful now I have my own repair company.

Warning you are buying a used fridge, but Rafy and team are super friendly people trying to make a living like everyone else. It's a tough biz and they deserve a little love. If you're looking for a well priced used appliance, look no further, they deliver. Repairs are delicate. It takes time for a service person to come to you and it's tough to truly repair or diagnose poorly working appliances. Go easy and be nice!
