Fuse HVAC, has serviced my house appliances, and HVAC for several years now. I always request Alex, he is extremply capable of handeling any task. I speak to Mike when requesting service, and he is always polite and professional.

Booked them on thumbtack and got a response very quickly. They were able to diagnose and service my oven the same day. Prompt and efficient communication and they were quick. Would hire again and recommend.

I had an issue with two appliances. Alex knew what the issue was with both. He ordered the parts and was back in a few days and both appliances are working good as new. He is very knowledge and Mike who makes the appointments kept me up to date every step of the way.

I requested a quote from 5 companies. Three turned me down because they said they didn't service my washing machine (probably because it's not very expensive). Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair got back to me within an hour, had the most affordable rate & were very flexible when I needed to reschedule my appointment. They confirmed my appointment the morning of and a few hours beforehand which was fantastic as I knew that my time slot was locked in. Alex, the repair tech who came was very kind to wear booties in the house even though I told him he did not need to. He arrived right in the hour window that I was given, on time. He was beyond polite, quick to diagnose the problem and serviced the machine on the spot. I had been warned that my model may require parts that are expensive because the brand isn't one of the more widely available on the market. That wasn't the case, Alex gave me a very fair price and repaired the machine in 10 minutes. He ensure it worked & checked a few other areas before leaving. He was absolutely excellent in every way. I would recommend them to anyone needing Appliance repair and will use them again in the future.
