完全沒有售後服務，10/28/25 在他們那花了$1625買了LG洗衣和烘乾機. 至今使用兩次但洗衣機時間每次都不准, 每次洗到只剩20分鐘左右機器又跳到50分鐘, 有時機器在動但15分鐘過去了時間顯示還是一樣. (紐約家電說一年以內他們負責如果有任何問題, 一年之後 LG 負責還有9年保障). 至今才買了12天, 當我致電紐約家電反應問題時他們卻推托責任要我自己拿給 LG. 大家要小心購買, 確保他們提供保障. No after-sales service at all. On 10/28/25, I spent $1,625 at their store on an LG washer and dryer. So far, I’ve only used them twice, but the washer’s timer is consistently inaccurate. Every time it gets down to around 20 minutes left, it jumps back up to 50 minutes. Sometimes, the machine is running, but after 15 minutes, the displayed time remains unchanged. New York Appliances claimed that they are responsible for any issues within one year of purchase, and after one year, LG takes over, with an additional 9-year warranty. However, it has only been 12 days since the purchase, and when I called AC & Appliances Center to report the issue, they passed the buck and told me to take it up with LG directly. Everyone should be cautious when purchasing from them and make sure they actually provide the promised support.

Jeffrey and his team were great. Very professional with fast turnaround. They were efficient, quick, and clean. Taking all old units and debris upon completion at the end of each day. You cannot beat their work and even more important their price. Highly recommend. Look no further! Joe C
