This is probably the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with regarding service. They were hired by GE for appliance repair. They showed once for the first appointment. Then they needed to order a part. When the part came in they scheduled the repair at the last minute. They no showed/no called last Friday and again no showed/no called again today. I honestly don’t know how they stay in business and how major retailers still hire them to warranty repair. Seriously bad company. Zero stars.

Scam company. They refuse to answer the phone after a no call no show apointment. Then said they'd come next week after I got them on phone. They gave me someone else's address and asked if they could text me back. Still not broken and missed another apointment today. Scam out of NY. Avoid at all costs.

I had a great experience with Tn Boko Corp. Although there were some issues initially, I really appreciate that they took responsibility and fixed everything promptly. This time, they arrived right on time and the technician was excellent - professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. It’s great to see a company that listens to feedback and actually improves their service. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend them.

I don't know how this company has remained in business. They said they would be here between 8-12 to do a dishwasher repair and they no called no showed. Lowes extended warranty needs to find better companies to partner with. I would love to leave zero stars for this kind of service but unfortunately to post the review they need at least 1 star. I'm now going on 2 months without a dishwasher and I lost time from work for this appointment. Run as far as you can from a company that doesn't give a single care about their customers period.

Purchased a dryer through Home Depot w/ the protection plan. 16 months later, the heating unit wouldn’t work. We filed the claim then scheduled an appt, through this company, for the repairman to come out. The appt of 2pm-5pm on Friday required taking time off of work, which was to be expected, however the day of they change it to 12-3. I obliged and left work even earlier and for those three hours I waited and nobody came. I looked outside and on the side panel of my apartment a "we missed you flyer. Call to reschedule" sign was left. I immediately called to reschedule but was unable to connect with anybody through phone or email. I called repeatedly Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday and didn’t get an answer despite their hours saying they are opened M-F 8am-8pm and their online customer service saying it’s open 24 hours. I finally heard back through email Tuesday saying the repairman knocked twice to no answer which couldn’t be true because I was sitting in my apartment waiting for said knock. So I called again and finally somebody answered the phone. We rescheduled it for Thursday. Once again, took time off of work and they no call no showed. So I called the company nonstop after that and got no answer. Finally had to call Home Depot and wait 48 hours for them to connect with them and set up an appointment. On the third attempt, I waited outside for the repairman to arrive. Upon arrival, he was very friendly and fixed the unit in just about a half hour. As far as the repairman, he was great and efficient. However, my overall experience with this company when it came to my numerous failed attempt to get in contact with them, them not showing up on several occasions, and their complete lack of professionalism and disregard for the time and money I lost taking time off of work led me to write this review and think twice about ever getting a protection plan through Home Depot, Lowe’s, Etc. ever again if this is the company they use.

Avoid at all costs. These people do not care about you your time or your issue. They will promise to show up and not. Their hours are 8 to 8 every day and nobody picks up the phone. Doesn't matter if you press any buttons it all goes to a sophie. We are going on two months of not having a dishwasher. Wife and I both work full time jobs so weekends are our only option only to be stood up by a company who can't communicate and who never picks up the phone. This company is a cookie cutting dictionary definition of incompetence. You asked us to reach out to you for help in solving this issue and you still won't pick up, even though you are still open. This reeks of you guys having a PR nightmare and this screams damage control. We'll you're not handling it well when you won't pick up. Getting rid of Sofia who won't answer the phone is the best first move you should make. Secondly if you're not open change your Google hours. Lastly don't have all your phone options go to the same person or the same mailbox it screams unprofessionalism and incompetence. Any and all other suggestions I can provide but I charge 200 dollars per hour for business consulting fees. With a three hour billed minimum.

Avoid this company at all costs. They ordered incorect parts. Took my wall oven apart and left it hanging out of the wall. When the correct part came. He left it on my counter and t left without repairing the oven. Waited 2 months and on 3 visits still not working. They no showed twice. We’re late every other time. Turns out the whole issue was a blown fuse. I figured that out myself! This company ordered expensive parts without checking the fuse. I had the insurance send a new company because this company left my oven in pieces with no information where the wires went back on the board! After reconnecting all the cables and changing the fuse the oven now works. Had the tech pulled the oven out and checked the fuse this could have been fixed 2 months ago. Do not let this company work on your appliances!!!!!’
