From the initial consult with Nick, who patiently answered all my questions, to the install crew who showed up exactly on time and worked hard. They laid down floor coverings the moment they entered and left the place spotless—you wouldn't even know they'd been here, except for the beautiful, quiet new Mitsubishi unit on my wall. It's a relief to have such a skilled, trustworthy company right here in the neighborhood.

I requested this company to come and give me an estimate for a new system because my current system was giving me a lot of problems. While the employee named Nick inspected it, he noticed that we had kids and, without pause, attempted to repair the system. Even though the system kept fighting him, he figured out how to get it turned on. It might not be a permanent solution to all my woes, but he got the heat turned on to protect my family. I offered him compensation, which he refused, saying, "I just did what any regular person would do." What he did, however, was what only an amazing, decent human being does. If this company cares about their potential customers, I will gladly be their customer. I am looking forward to having them replace my system that constantly gives me issues, and as long as there are people like Nick around, I know there are good people and good companies in this world. Thank you.

I can’t recommend Nick and the team at Classic Home Services enough. I needed my furnace replaced. They made the entire process pleasant from discussing the different equipment options to installation. They were professional, courteous and left my house spotless once they were done. I would highly recommend them for anyone with HVAC installation. Customer service is a huge part of any transaction and this team is a 10 out of 10.

Honestly, what stood out most was their communication. After a few no-quote responses from other companies, these guys were the only ones who took the time to explain the entire mini-split process in plain English. The installation was flawless and the crew was so respectful of our space, but that initial patience and transparency is what truly won our business. We'll definitely be recommending them to all our friends in Park Slope.
