Fixity Appliance Repair

Was happy to have Fixity diagnose and resolve my issue with my washer. Andrei came out ran some tests and determined the issue initially. He then told me what parts he needed to order and would come back to install once they arrived. Sure enough he arrived to install the parts and had everything back up and running very quickly. Thanks again.

FIXITY Techs are Great!! I called them early this morning and they immidiately gave me an appointment. They even waited for me for over 30 minutes to let them inside my condo! The Techs asked me what the issue was and then quickly diagnosed & fixed the problem!! I just purchased a GE stackable washer/dryer back in May from 1 of the big box stores and it started having issues less than 2 months later and still under warranty! The only way to start the washer was to hold down the lid until it locked. Per the Tech the delivery guys never removed the metal part that keeps the drum from moving around during shipping. Which eventually fell into the drum onto clothes inside the washer. The washer/dryer was physically moved recently and Tech said whoever moved it did it improperly, which caused the washer lid to get misaligned. Long-story short, they fixed the issues and made sure everything was working properly before they left! I highly recommend FIXITY!

Had a great experience with Fixity today. We had an appointment window from 2 to 6. Andrew showed up shortly after 2. He repaired our dishwasher in less than an hour (pump needed to be replaced) and left everything super clean. Very nice and courteous young gentleman. Zero complaints, big kudos, 5 stars!

Andres did a great job, I’m really happy we can use our fridge again since a lot of techs tried fixed it. This guy really know what his doing! Highly recommended

Fixity was professional, responsive and courteous. They followed up after the parts were ordered and arrived when they said they would on schedule. Irakli was knowledgeable, professional and determined to fix my issues. The honored my warranty exceptionally.

Excellent Fridge Repair Service* I had an issue with my fridge not cooling properly, and the technician came the same day. He was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly identified the problem. The repair was done efficiently, and the fridge is now working like new. Pricing was fair and transparent. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable appliance repair!

Kudos for Kirill and Fixity. PC Richards assigned Fixity to my broken dishwasher. Not only did Kirill fix the original problem he fixed other issues with the washer (missing a spring that caused door alignment issues) and now it works like new. Great job and thank you.
