Our family lives in a five-story building near Brighton Beach. And it so happened that our not-new (more than 10 years old) Mitsubishi air conditioner began to work noticeably worse during a heat wave, and I began to look for an HVAC company to solve this issue. The first company I contacted immediately said over the phone that I needed to change the system to a new one, without even coming to the site and inspecting the condition of the equipment. The second company sent a technician who looked more like a sales manager, since he also strongly recommended that I change the equipment, citing its age. After that, on the advice of a friend, I contacted Reliable Service NYC. The technician who arrived at the request inspected our AC system and said that after a good, deep cleaning of the equipment, everything should work well. And that is exactly what happened. Our air conditioner started working as before and coped with its task even on the hottest days. After that (about 2 weeks ago), in our building, there was a breakdown of the high-pressure pump, and several water heaters began to leak. We again contacted Reliable Service. And during the day they replaced four water heaters for us. Also next in line is the service of the broken pump. Excellent company, knows its business! I highly recommend!

My central AC system went completely dark. Gregory identified and resolved the problem. While he was working on the AC, I have discovered my hot water heater developed a leak.
