Dmitrii is the best technician at Sears that ever serviced our appliance. He’s knowledgeable and very professional. His diagnosis was on point from the minute he looked at the job. He also explained everything. That’s what you look for in a technician. I hope he will be the only one to service our appliance going forward. We highly recommend him. Juatin fixed the dryer because the drum spins again. Unfortunately it is making more noise than usual. I fear the motor that turns the drum might give out in short order.

The technician get 5 stars. His name is Dimitri. He was respectful, knowledgeable and fast. Sears warranty service is below standard. My dishwasher broke in October 2024 and it was not officially repaired until today 3/20/25. This is after 16 appointments with 12 no shows and no calls. After having this service for over 50 years I think a change is needed. I already started shopping around. My plan is ending in a couple of months and I will never call Sears warranty again

My tenant had an issue with the dryer and my experience using Sears Home Services was phenomenal. Scheduling and adjusting the appointment was seamless. The technician that showed up, Alejandro, was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and went above and beyond to ensure my issue was fixed. He not only fixed the immediate issue but shared valuable tips on how to maintain the appliance to prevent further issues. I could not have asked for anything more.
