Serg showed up at my house nice and early . I received a text from the company to let me know he was 15 minutes away. He arrived and put on plastic bags over his shoes to not track our floors. The repair was done quickly and professionally. He was kind courteous and very pleasant. I had purchased a convection oven from z-line and had a problem with the oven and they quickly expedited the repair immediately even though the warranty had expired . They still honored the warranty amazing! The first time I dealt with Total appliance Solutions and I must say it was seamless professional and pleasant! I now have a go to company I would definitely recommend and use in the future! Thank you so much for expediting the repair with such professional service. I am truly impressed and grateful for your services! And a special thanks to z-line who made sure I was able to get my oven repaired out of warranty priceless!

Vasyl was very polite, efficient and answered any questions I had. He also helped me find a new shelf for the inside of my refrigerator which was broken. He let me know what was covered under warranty and what was not. Again, great experience with Vasyl 10/10 . Amazing job and very happy with LG customer care.
