GLOBO Help Inc Appliance Repair

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The repair technician was punctual, polite, and very skilled. They diagnosed the issue right away and had the dryer up and running within an hour. What impressed me most was the honesty — no hidden fees, no upselling, just straightforward and reliable service. I’ll definitely be calling them again if I ever need appliance repair.

I had an issue with my Washer that suddenly stopped working, and I was worried I’d have to replace the whole unit. Thankfully, I found this appliance repair service, and I’m so glad I did! The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had all the tools and parts needed to fix it on the spot. They were professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. Within an hour, the washer was running like new! I was especially impressed with how clean and respectful they were of my home. The pricing was fair, and the repair came with a warranty for peace of mind. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing reliable appliance repair. Great job and thank you!

Gena has been to my house twice now in one week. Once to do a repair to my oven door and today to do maintenance cleanings on my dryer and refrigerator. I think they provide great services. They have been very easy to schedule coordinating everything through text, able to come within 24 -48 hours of me calling and their work has been very good. Also, I’m so glad that my house did not catch on fire that dryer had way way too much lint and dust in it!! The fridge is also only two years old. I will be scheduling this maintenance more regularly for sure.

Our fridge and freezer shut down the day before Thanksgiving. I was sbk to schedike a technician to cone out same day. He was able to quickly and thoroughly diagnose issue and repair it within 90 minutes of being in my home. The price was fair. If I run into an issue again I'll be sure to call

Called and received excellent same day service for our dishwasher that began to leak. Our technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything very well before, during and after service. Before and after photos and videos were provided. He worked quickly and was able to get our problem solved for a very reasonable price. Our appliances are Samsung. A few other companies that we called first don't service Samsung, so that is an additional bonus. Hopefully I don't have appliance issues in the near future, but I will definitely call GLOBO for future assistance. Thanks!
