ARC Appliance Repair

Chris was on time, very professional, and friendly. He had my dishwasher problem fixed in no time! I will definitely be using ARC the next time I have issues with an appliance!

Called on 1/15/25 for appointment, I was informed that "I can't get there before Friday" I was told it would be between 9am and noon. On Friday, after no one showed up I called and was informed that he had called repeatedly me on Thursday and didn't get an answer. My phone inidcated that I had received one call from him on Thursday morning. He said he was busy now and he would call me back. It is now Monday 1/20 11:30am and I still have not received a call from him. I called and made an appointment with another washer repair company.

I had a constant knocking noise coming from the fridge. They sent out a nice young man who diagnosed the problem, ordered a part, and it was replaced a few days later. Great communication up to that point. The same day he replaced the part, the fridge was making the same noise. I called back and they said it must have been the ice maker not getting water and I can check by disconnecting the ice maker (which I don't use anyway). Fixed! They offered to refund the $280 for replacing the part that was not the problem. It has now been over a month and multiple phone calls and they have not done what they promised. Being in the hole $280 to have my ice maker unplugged seems like a bad value. I wish they would have kept their word, they were nice, but I can't trust people that give false promises.

Danny is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Knows all about appliances and what our models issue was. He made us comfortable in a quality service. Highly recommend ARC!

Super OVERPRICED! The actual piece that was used for repair; typically cost $30-$50...However, they marked it up ×300%...Took them about 8mins to replace; & charged me $200...I literally watched a 2 min YouTube video showing EXACTLY what the process was...But since these guys were supposedly LOCAL, I wanted to support them...Never again though.

I called them 3 weeks ago and gave them ALL the info they needed. Including the model number on the oven. I told them I needed the outer glass. They sent someone out to my house to look at the model number. THAT I ALREADY GAVE THEM. He opened the door and unnecessarily got broken glass all over my floor and left. 3 weeks later and I finally call, just to have them tell me the part is no longer available. Really? The day I called they could have figured this out and told me. It takes a phone call to figure out if the part is available. And a phone call to tell me. Nothing. Been without an oven for 3 weeks for nothing.

Wow , this young man is helpful ! Gave honest ideas and advice .. needed to know some brands for a good dryer and he didn't impose but gaglve years of experience to help. Proverbs says "with many counselors there is victory " and I appreciated his counsel and shopped with Rockwall Appliance (none in Greenville had the brand he rec at a competitive price ). I'll get the washer when I need one ! It says something about a cimonau when they give advice and don't benefit from it at the time .. I'll choose them for repair if I need them .he came highly rec from appliance places here ..
