This is a special thank you for Alexander from A-Max Appliance. My newer dryer didn’t seem to be drying, so we contacted A-Max Appliance for assistance. A-Max scheduled an appointment, I received notification when Alexander was on his way and he arrived on time as scheduled. Alexander diagnosed my issue, cleaned out my dryer vent and got my dryer working back at optimum efficiency. I couldn’t be happier with their service and the final results, thank you Alexander for helping solve my dryer issue.

We had a broken knob on a high-end oven Appliance. We don’t live in the area year round and it is a vacation rental. A-Max was super helpful, very responsive and got the job done in a timely manner. Once the technician was on site, he communicated with me and let me know when the job was done. A-Max is awesome.

We are really glad to find a certified Speed Queen appliance service provider in the area. A-Max got us on the schedule immediately, came and assessed our needed repairs and ordered the parts needed. They are expected back in less than a week for the install and final repair. The whole process was easy and pleasant form the first call to the day of the service. Everyone at A-Max is awesome. Visit was quickly scheduled, price was good for a diagnostic. John was thorough in his work and honest about the cost of repairing the range versus replacing it. Explained the issue clearly. I'll definitely use their services again!

What an awesome service we had today! Our AC was dying and they came out promptly to give us a free estimate. We decided to go with a new unit as the old one was 11 years old and running 24/7 but not cooling completely. They came today and Rafael did a phenomenal job of installing our new unit! If I could I would give them 10 stars for perfect service. Rafael was so good at explaining what he was doing every step of the way and is super nice and polite! If you need a new AC unit contact them, by all means! You won’t regret your decision! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

John/Tech was prompt, efficient, very knowledgeable, answered all our questions. Person answering phone was wonderful too. We have had this company before and the experience has been great!
