Very knowledgeable staff. The sales person was very helpful in helping me choose the dishwasher to meet my needs. The two young men that came to install were very good. Very familiar with the project and did a great job.

I can’t remember the sales person’s name my wife and I stopped in for a refrigerator. Ended up purchasing an LG. I believe the salesman was Kyle or possibly Matt. Anyway the process was easy and we had our delivery on Wednesday. Everything went as promised. We will purchase from them again.

We are in need of a new refrigerator/ freezer before Thanksgiving! We went in to Bill Smiths we were greeted by Kyle. He showed us a number of choices and was very patient with our back and forth decision making! We bought a refrigerator and it will be delivered Wednesday. This was our 2nd time buying appliances there and we have not been disappointed.

Good selection of appliances. Kyle was knowledgeable and very helpful. If he didn't know the answers he researched the information for us. We have purchased an appliance from them before. There installers were very efficient

Because Bill Smith installed the same microwave 3 years ago, it was very easy for the salesman to find our past records and order a new one. I didn't get the gentlemans name but he was very helpful, although I haven't received an email of the order yet. I would definitely recommend Bill Smith, both sales and service. Thank you.

Our refrigerator died. We went to Bill Smith's to see what was available. They had several brands and styles IN STOCK, not like the big box stores. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Had it delivered. It was delivered at the time it was promised. Would definitely recommend.
