The pump went out in my dishwasher and was throwing sparks. Timothy came out and correctly identified the issue in about ten minutes. This was important because I didn't have much time. I investigated the warranty process and it was parts only. The price worked out to be about the same but the warranty was much more hassle. There was a difficult to identify leak that occurred during the installation. Timothy refused to leave me without a dishwasher for Thanksgiving. After probably too much time he was able to solve the issue and avoid the need to delay and order a second pump. Great job also from Ida at the desk. Thanks all.

They kept me informed of arrival time. Tyler was courteous and professional. He accurately diagnosed the issue with the clothes washer. The pump had gone bad. Fortunately, he had the exact pump we needed in his van and had us up and running in less than an hour. And I appreciate that he did not engage in upselling. There is an infamous HVAC company in our area who is notorious for getting their maintenance/repair techs to upsell. You quickly learn not to trust those techs because you do not know if they recommend something because it is needed, or because they just want to line their pockets. To me, being able to trust your repair techs is important and we appreciate Mr. Appliance not engaging in upselling.

Our experience with the Carey area Mr. appliance was excellent. Their technician Timm, was prompt, professional and helpful. He diagnosed the situation quickly, made arrangements to get the part in A timely manner and returned as soon as possible to complete the repair. He answered all my questions and explained fully why/how the heating element can break over time. I feel confident at the repair was completed well and that I should have no difficulties in the future. The year long warranty was an added bonus..

These guys did a great job replacing our ice maker after it became very noisy and made ice only occasionally. Calvin did great work for us. Very polite and professional! Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend them.

This company is top-notch! Highly recommend them for all appliances. It had been stressful finding a service tech for my Cove dishwasher until Mr. appliance of Cary was recommended. Our service tech Julian was knowledgeable and did an excellent but more importantly timely job of repairing the dishwasher with the support of Christine at their office for parts/follow up. A loyal customer for sure moving forward.

We have used Mr Appliance twice. Once for our washer and now for our dryer. They are responsive, communicative, and very professional. They arrive on time and complete the job efficiently. Their prices are amazing. You won't be disappointed in using them. Jeffrey is the individual who came out for the dryer and we cannot thank him enough for this repair!

Kiley, our technician stayed on the job until he figured out the problem with our sub-zero ice maker. Needed parts now ordered and he’ll return in a few days to complete the repair job. I am very happy with his work. He is very knowledgeable and could explain what needed to be done in straight forward simple language.
