Steve called and came out and fixed bad fan motor on my refrigerator. Tore it completely apart to get to the source of the problem. Stayed 2 hrs and had a part on his truck. Highly recommend A+++

Not only does he always fix things quickly (he often has the parts on hand) and cost effectively, I always learn something new about ways I can better prevent appliance break downs. He is my first call when I have an appliance break down!

Timely and exceptional work! We needed our dryer repaired, he was willing to come the same day we called. He pulled the dryer apart and swapped out the necessary piece within an hour and noticed that our vent to the outside was long overdue for a cleaning; He took care of that as well. His price was significantly cheaper than his competitors in the area. Saved us $50!

Fantastic experience. Was quick to respond to my phone call and fit us into his schedule same day. Came over to see why our washer drum was slamming against the side of the washer, luckily something had just fallen out of place behind the drum and it was a quick, cheap repair. Will definitely save his number for future repairs.

Had a failing icemaker in a 3 yr old Maytag frig/frzr. The initial investigation found a broken part that was replaced same day (later that day). The issue continued and he came back out and found the issue within 5 minutes. Addressed and the unit is 100% again. Highly recommended!!
